1) How can I hide flowsheets I don't use?
Create a security object called _flowsheet.<intake_name> and assign to roles/providers with "No Rights" as the privilege.
replace <intake_name> with the actual name of the flowsheet. The flowsheets are contained in XML files (and DB entries). The name is in the XML.
for example: <flowsheet name="agencyHousing" display_name="Housing flowsheet" ....
