Medications

Add a Medication

• A record of the medications you are currently on or have taken in the past
  
  
  Add a Medication
  Click the MEDICATIONS button on the side menu to go to your Medication List page, where you can view a record of your medications.
  Click Add medication.
  Enter the medication's details. You MUST include the medication's name and type (i.e. prescription or over-the-counter).  You may also want to include further information: Usage start and end dates, any additional doctor's instructions, the route (by mouth, injection, etc)...
  Click save.
  
  
  Edit Medication
  Click the medication entry you wish to edit on the Medication List page.
  From the Medication Detail screen, click the Edit This Document button.
  Make your changes, then click save.
  Note that a medication entry cannot be altogether removed.  If you have ceased to take the medication, add a Usage end date to the entry.

Edit Medication

• Click the medication entry you wish to edit on the Medication List page.

• Make your changes, then click save.
