The management of CHF is simplified by the use of a tool that reminds users of evidence based essentials on treating this disease
- After enabling the form in Administration you can select it from the Forms menu by clicking on the +
- Alternately pick an existing CHF form to add details to
- Tips at the top will review the drugs and the doses that trial indicate improve outcomes
- LAB is a handy link to the Ontario Laboratory form with which you can order bloodwork on this patient
- The calender symbols allow for easy date insertion
- The form will convert pounds for you if you fill the lb box and click away from it
- The form will NYHA class the symptoms automatically
- The eGFR can be inserted or it will be automatically calculated when you click away from the Creatinine box
- You can pick the drugs from the dropdown or insert manually. The drop down is based on doses and frequency that improved outcomes in studies.
