1.5.3.1 EDB list (Estimated Date of Birth) 05
This report is based on the Estimated Date of Birth (EDB) date that you have saved in the Antenatal Record (AR) form in the Electronic Medical Record.
- Enter the date range in the boxes in yyyy/mm/dd order
- Click ‘CREATE REPORT’ or 'EDB list' link to get a list of all OB patient’s Estimated Date of Birth
- This provides the report for the Enhanced Antenatal Record as below
NOTE: The 'O5' link provides the same report for the older AR 2005 antenatal form.
