Billing Patient-less Q codes
1. Create a no-patient demographic that has no HIN number.
2. Create an invoice for no-patient.
a. Change the Billing Type from the default Bill OHIP to Bonus Codes.
b. For some codes you need to set the Service Date to March 31 (cumulative bonus codes such as % pap smear etc).
c. Select the Billing Physician.
d. Enter service code (eg Q109A x 1)
e. Click Next and Save the billing.
3. Generate the OHIP file.
