This report gives a list of requested consultations and their status
This report gives a list of requested consultations and their status
- Click ‘Consultation Report’ in the Report tab
- Select the number of months from the drop-down menu
- Select the provider from the drop-down menu
- Click ‘UPDATE REPORT’
- Clicking the date link opens the consultation request
- Clicking on the document description opens the document
