The Create new Flowsheet will give you options to name a new flowsheet
The above example is somewhat humorous as Pregnancy, despite those that may say otherwise, is not a chronic condition (and is probably better managed with the Ontario Antenatal form anyway)
Be that said you CAN make a pregnancy flowsheet that will trigger when Pregnancy (650) is added to the Dx Research list for that given patient. Once the flowsheet is created you can add measurements to it using the link that will appear
